Welcome to Sync Collection LLC. By enrolling in any course, program, or service offered by Sync Collection LL, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Services Offered

Sync Collection LLC provides in person phlebotomy training and online certification courses including, but not limited to, DOT/non DOT specimen collection, DNA collection, and other healthcare related training services.

Payment Policy

All course fees must be paid in full or in accordance with the agreed payment plan prior to the start of the course.

• A deposit is required to secure enrollment.

• All deposits are non refundable.

• Failure to complete payment may result in removal from the course.

 

Refund Policy​

All payments made to Sync Collection LLC are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Missed classes, personal scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend do not qualify for refunds. 

• Students may request to transfer to a future class date at the discretion of Sync Collection LLC.

 

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes​

By enrolling in any course or service with Sync Collection LLC, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for services rendered.

 

In the event that a chargeback or dispute is initiated:

• Sync Collection LLC reserves the right to provide proof of enrollment, attendance, and agreement to Terms and Conditions to the financial institution.

• You may be held responsible for the full cost of service, along with any associated fees incurred by Sync Collection LLC as a result of the dispute.

• Sync Collection LLC reserves the right to pursue collection efforts or legal action to recover any outstanding balances owed. 

​Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving services may be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time. 

• Excessive tardiness or absence may result in dismissal due to non compliance.

• A 10 minute grace period is permitted for late arrival.

• Students arriving after the 10 minute grace period may be denied entry or marked absent at the discretion of Sync Collection LLC.

• Students are responsible for obtaining any missed information due to tardiness/ absence.

No refunds will be issued for dismissal due to non compliance.​

Students are expected to actively participate in all course activities.

Required Materials

Students are responsible for bringing the following materials to each session:

• Notebook

• Pen

• Flashcards

Failure to bring required materials may impact participation and learning outcomes.​

​

Dress Code & Professional Appearance

All students enrolled in in person training courses are required to maintain a professional appearance at all times.

• Students must wear the designated olive colored uniform to each class session.

• Hair must be kept neat and secured away from the face to prevent obstruction of view and to maintain proper hygiene standards.

• Long eyelashes and excessively long nails (over 2 inches) are not permitted, as they may interfere with safe and proper technique.

Students who do not meet dress code requirements may not be permitted to participate in hands on training and may be dismissed from the session. No refunds will be issued due to non compliance.​

Certification Disclaimer

Completion of a course with Sync Collection LLC does not guarantee national certification.

• Students are responsible for meeting eligibility requirements for certification exams (e.g., NHA or any other governing bodies).

• Sync Collection LLC provides training and preparation but does not issue national certifications.

​

Hands on Training & Safety

Students participating in in person training must follow all safety protocols and instructions.

• Sync Collections is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or misuse of equipment. 

​

Online Training 

Online courses must be completed in full, including any required demonstrations or live mock exams, to receive a certification of completion.

• Access to course materials is for individual use only and may not be shared. 

 

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Sync Collection LLC, including course content, videos, and documents, are the property of Sync Collection LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission. 

 

Limitation of Liability

Sync Collection LLC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in any course or service.

 

Policy Update

Sync Collection LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
