Refund Policy

All payments made to Sync Collection LLC are non refundable.

Due to the nature of our training programs, reserved seating, and preparation of materials, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to attend scheduled classes

• Personal scheduling conflicts

• Late or missed sessions

• Failure to complete program

Deposits made to secure enrollment are strictly non refundable and non transferable.

Students who are unable to attend their scheduled course may request to transfer to a future class date. Transfer request are granted at the sole discretion of Sync Collection LLC and are not guaranteed.

Sync Collection LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not align with it's policy.
