Service Description

This specialized training course instructs professionals in the compliant collection of DNA using hair and nail specimens. Students will master specimen integrity protocols, legal chain of custody documentation, HIPAA compliant procedures, and proper storage and shipping standards in accordance with federal and laboratory regulations. The course includes mock collection scenarios, video based instruction, and access to SYNC's digital Resource Kit. All mock exam materials are shipped directly to student after completion of written exam. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a nationally recognized certification valid for 5 years.
